The University has several residence halls within campus, located at Belmont, West Park, Seabraes, and several other sites. In addition, new residences were added to the older sites to provide flat-style lodging for senior students. All residences are self-catered, with a communal kitchen provided to allow students to prepare their own meals. Standard in all residences are security door entries, launderette facilities, bicycle storage, and TV aerials in each room.
